Official Language of the Latin Union?
« on: June 05, 2009, 09:06:34 AM »
The post in the Latin News which talks about this:

Grammar of Interlingua:
OOC: It's poll time, once again I ask the good people of NSA to play the role of a Latin citizen! This is a continuation of my latest post in the Latin News in the first link, I've also added a second link to a site about Interlingua, so you can see what the language looks like before you vote. Have fun!

PS: Currently the LU has no official language, but uses standard French and Italian in the government.

A college sophmore in Ajaccio, Corisca proudly states her position:

Io parla duo linguas; le de mi familia e le de mi ambiente* (I speak two languages; that of my family and that of my environment). In other words our union is one of the most linguistically diverse in the world! If we use one of our natural language for us all that's no fair! I speak Coriscan at home and Italian at school due to the polices of the former Italian regimes who hated my language! We need a national language, we need Interlingua!

* (She spoke this in Interlingua)

"I believe in Rome, the Eternal, the mother of my country……I believe in the genius of Mussolini…and in the resurrection of the Empire."
