Sauda Motors Company
"Elegance, Quality, Performance"

An Introduction to Sauda Motors Company

Founded in 2004 by Ms. Yaa Sauda, SMC has quickly become the third largest company in the Confederate Republics. SMC vehicles are engineered along a different line of thought than traditional vehicles. SMC employs a wide range of engineers and designers, unlike the select few of most car companies; thus Sauda has some of the most inventive production vehicles of the 21st century. Notable characteristics of most SMC vehicles are unique styling, exceptional reliability, remarkable elegance, and competitive performance. One of the few companies to use extensively rotary engines and couple them with continuously variable transmissions.

Export Models

Sauda Keystone -- A stylish, uxorious, sporty yet practical, affordable sedan. Styling cues clearly come from exotic sources, however, no functionality is lost in this carefully disguised family car. Plug-in Hybrid and flex fuel technology make this car prepared for the energy future while increasing affordability.

Options:
Baseline: 0.9L rotary engine + Toroidal CVT + hybrid battery -- $18,097 + options
Rally Race: 1.2L race tuned rotary engine + hydromechanical transmission + hybrid battery -- $19,786 (loaded)

Sauda Sahel -- A universally reliable and rugged medium duty utility truck. A cornerstone of any job site or farm. Four wheel steering is standard.

Options:
1.1L rotary engine + Toroidal CVT + hybrid battery -- $11,022

Sauda Kilimanjaro -- Civilian version of the military's XV-907 combat vehicle. A four door sport utility vehicle designed by a former Chrysler engineer, and taking styling cues from the Jeep Wrangler 4-door. Designed originally for the roughness of combat, this civilian version retains all its military toughness in every way short of being armored. Rugged suspension and drive-train make this vehicle ready to go straight from the showroom floor to the top of a mountain. Four wheel steering standard.

Options:
Baseline: 1.1L rotary engine + Toroidal CVT + hybrid battery -- $17,754
Foothill: 1.3L rotary engine +  Toroidal CVT + hybrid battery -- $19,876
Summit: 1.5L rotary engine + Hydromechanical transmission + hybrid battery + hardcore trail package -- $23,567

Sauda Kob -- A sporty, quick, responsive coupe, optimized for the track or the street. Functional hood scoop and spoiler are standard, alongside aluminum racing rims. Brembo slotted and drilled disk brakes provide exceptional stopping power and a stout chassis and handling package provide excellent feel and control. All at no expense to comfort; the spacious cabin will find plenty of room and an excellent sound system.

Options:
Baseline:1.5L rotary engine + Toroidal CVT or Hydromechanical transmission + hybrid battery* -- $19,234
Rally Race:1.9L rotary engine + Toroidal CVT or Hydromechanical transmission + hybrid battery* -- $25,788
(*All Kob models come with "easy out" battery technology, so if you need to loose some weight for the track, you can.)

Sauda Vision Packages -- The world's first completely electric production models. Very popular in cities, however range limits are admittedly holding back full market penetration. However, urban traveling and distances less than 250+km, the Vision is by far the clearest way forward. ANY Sauda baseline model can be ordered as a Vision*. Pricing varies.
(*Excludes Cheetah)

Sauda Cheetah -- Able to keep pace with a Ferrari Enzo, the Cheetah is the fastest rotary engine car ever produced. Exceptionally limited quantities are slated to be produced. In the world of supercars, new designs and new engineering are the life blood, and the Sauda Cheetah is very different from any other supercar. The personal vehicle of the Arch Chancellor.

Cheetah -- 7.0L rotary engine + Hydromechanical transmission + carbon fiber body + titanium/aluminum chassis + all racing features -- $734,210

We are pleased that Mr Kironov has purchased one of our finest automobiles. Upon hearing of this purchase, the Arch Chancellor instructed us to inform you that if "you were not busy this weekend, perhaps we could see who is the better driver. If you wish you may come to the CR, there's a great new autobahn-type highway that's complete but has not yet been opened to public traffic in Darfur; it'd be perfect." Finally, your vehicle should arrive via 747 within the next day or two.

Congratulations to The KaNgwane Governmental Purchasing Office! You have made the right choice. For seeing the need to adapt to the various driving customs of the international stage, all SMC autos are easily reversible, from the factory, there is no charge, but there is also a DIY kit for most vehicles. Once more we thank you for your order, and your vehicles are on their way.

OOC note (to all): You may post specific orders or you may post per anum imports for your nation. It is up to you.

Minstry of Justice
Royal Constabulary of Mfasaland
Office of the Chief Commisionor of the Royal Constabulary

By instructions of the Minister of Justice, the Royal Constabulary of Mfasaland would like to place an order of 3000 Sauda Keystone, the Baseline model for the Mfasan police. The cars are to be used as ordinary patrol cars.
We would like it possible if an more powerfull engine could be fitted into the cars, however we are not sure that your Racre model of the Sauda Keystone is exactly what we look for. What can Saudo Motors offer for increased performance?

Signed, Peter B. Norwich, Chief Commisioner of the Royal Constabulary

The Latin Union would like to inquire about the horsepower ratings of these vehicles as well as their miles/kilometers per gallon ratings. We'd also like to ask what kind of rotary engines does Sauda use, a wankel rotary like in a Mazda RX7 or a regular piston driven rotary?

OOC: Dude, a 7.0 rotary is crazy. I didn't notice that earlier, that thing would have to have like 5 or 6 rotors......

The Sauda Cheetah would probably sound something like the legendary Mazda 787B ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ox2wgHqrNy0&feature=youtu.be) which has a 4 rotary wankel engine.

All Previous orders have been filled.

Sauda is a publicly traded company, with investment opportunities up to 30 % available.

Finally, Sauda engineers have announced that the company will be branching out from rotary gas powered engines to diesel piston engines. These engines will be offered in trucks and cars with 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder in-line options to begin with. Manufactured to the tightest tolerances and using flawless ceramic air craft bearings, Viton seals, oil coolers, and stronger timing chains and high strength cam shafts vehicles coming with these engines are expected to get very high mileage and will come with a million kilometer warranty.
