Should we have a standerdized factbook simular to nation questionar? It would make is allow nations to see what weapons are used and the number of personal of neighboring nations?

Not to mention how said troops are organized.

Describing your army as 200'000 men and 500 tanks really says nothing.
Divisions? Brigades? What?

Militia? Conscript army? Professional?

All of it matters and the more I have to work with as a War Mode the easier my job will be.

This does not mean that I need minute details but basic, soldi, information that makes sense.
