The Kingdom of Epirus would like to strengthen diplomatic ties with Svionia. As fellow European countries we share an interest in maintaining peace and stability in Europe. Therefore our Government wishes to establish an enbassy in your capital and offer your Government an embassy in our capital as well.

Regards,
Alexios Boutos, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Epirus

The German Empire would like to request a formal establishment of relations by exchanging embassies with our neighbor to the north. As our pasts have tied us together, it would only be proper if our futures are as well.

Sincerely,
Georg Jagemann, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Deutsches Kaiserreich

Svionia are happy to receive your diplomatic staff to the respective embassies in Uppsala.
We shall of course, with your permission, respond in kind and establish embassies in our fellow monarchies.

Sincerely and in hopes of friendship and mutual prosperity
Axel Lundin, Minister of Foreign Affairs
