Established in June 2006, this combination of various rebel organizations, terrorist groups, totalitarian political prties, and religious groups centered around the Cult of the Black Sabbath lead by radical religious leader Ali Al-Shumbari ceded themselves from the Djiboutian states. Located on the southwestern coast of the Arabian Peninsula, this costal country is run by a radical religious, cult like, government. Also the Military, and Police Force enforce martial law. The Current Head of State, High Chaneller Ali Al-Shumbari. The highly enforced religons, cerimonies, and processes of the cult of the Black Sabbath, a strange mix of Satanism and Islam, include the shaving of one’s head and ritualized tattoing of “mystical” symbols. The High Elites are the heart of there military force as well as the religion. They are to the black Sabbath religion as inquisitors were to the middle age catholisism. As of now they are few in number because before there succession and jointment with the various orginizations the members of the cult of the Black Sabbath, now they have an entire nation of possible recruits. The High Elites are taken from birth and trained in everything from Tai-Kwon-Do to advanced ordinance disarment and disposal. They are armed with SCAR-H (Special Combat Assult Rifle – Heavy) , MP5A4 (Submachin Gun) and an array of grenade types including fragmentation, smoke, flashbang, and poison. They are outfitted in Heavy Kevlar body armor and gas masks. They are the heart of the policeforce, defence force, and army infantry. Truly they are more the heart of the country than just the military. They are spiritual leaders, social leaders, military leaders, and enforcers of martial law. They are the face of the nation.
