Being subject to the former tyranny of the USSR, the people of Novaya Rossiya have experienced enough in the terms of economic failure.  After moving to Novaya Rossiya, they have found themselves gathering high amounts of resources including food and water.  The government’s successful implementation of refugee processing has allowed for more refugees to cross the border from Borisgrad into Novaya Rossiya without any difficulties in immigration.  This is producing a better workforce and a higher form of security for the people of Novaya Rossiya.
